Your time is important to us and we try our best to allocate appointments that are convenient to you. In the event of cancelling your appointment within 24 hours of your allocated time, without feasible reasoning, a cancellation fee of $150 will be allocated to your account and as such, another appointment cannot be made until this account is settled.
How Can I Reschedule My Appointment?
Please provide no less than 24 hour notice of your need to reschedule your appointment. This can be done via replying to our SMS confirmation with “N, please reschedule” or you can call our friendly staff to directly reserve a time slot that works best for you. We welcome your call.
