Appointment and Cancellation Policy
Appointment policy: All appointments require a $50 holiday fee to secure appointments. This is refundable upon attending your appointment
Cancellation policy: All appointments that are cancelled within 24 hours of scheduled appointment have a cancellation fee of $150 to make further bookings (with valid reasoning)
All insurance coverages are different and it is important to understand what is and isn’t included in the policies you are subscribed to. In all cases, you will be provided a quote for services and treatment, which includes item codes and cost of treatment. Your health insurance provider will be able to inform you what financial coverage you have based on the codes provided.
In most cases, upon completion of an agreed treatment, your insurance provider will cover a portion of the treatment costs, which is transacted electronically on the day. A gap payment will then be paid separately to cover the remainder of the costs of the services provided.
Our clinic is located at 24 Maclaurin Ave, East Hills. It is directly accessible off Henry Lawson Drive from Southern and Western Sydney. There is a public car park directly adjacent as well as street parking directly in front of the clinic for easy access and parking. Our clinic is also located directly within 100m of East Hills Railway Station and bus stops for convenient access via public transport.
